If you live in NYC, then you are familar with the ever failing MTA, and the fare hikes and service cuts etc, etc. Well, I found this amazing map on Thighs Wide Shut along with a post titled “strap-on (hangers). The map was originally found here.

Fernando Vicente is a Spanish illustrator.  His website contains a lot of his commercial work but, his blogs’ have more of the “Art”.

Internet years are like dog years, each one is equal to at least 5. Anyway, we just got a heads up and some words of praise from Design is Kinky. I can remember when I first heard of them and saw their site and work, it feels like decades ago. They have this event called Semi-Permanent, it is actually pretty permanent. Semi-Permanent has been around for 6 years, with 17 events in 6 cities throughout 4 countries with 109 speakers…. etc etc you get the point.  If you have never heard  of Design is Kinky or this event check it out and if your close by,  go to the event. Here is a bit of info.

“Semi-Permanent is a design event. It consists of a conference and side events which include exhibitions, competitions, workshops and parties. It’s a week long celebration of all things design.
