To launch the Nike Air 180 in 1991, a series of commercials were released featuring acclaimed directors from across the globe. One of these was done by Italian animator Guido Manuli, who took the boot off of Italy and replaced it with an Air.
Last week the site received 55,499 Absolute Unique Visitors, who visited 93,246 times, and looked at 630,142 pages. If you had advertised, your ad would have run over 600,000 times. Our audience is a different breed, made up of people who make things, and do things. They are the decision makers. Maybe they like your ad and product, maybe they don’t. You can afford to test things out by advertising with The World’s Best Ever. There’s only a 7 day commitment, and the price of the ad is determined in part by you, and how badly you want it. So if you have a new website, t-shirt, portfolio, art opening, album, or whatever and you want to get the word out, look no further than us because this week we’re offering up three ad spaces on our website to purchase through ebay.
14 different illustrations to choose from to be implemented on a wooden egg by a magical machine called the Egg-Bot (video after the jump), with all the proceeds going to the Japan Red Cross. This is a fantastic idea from the folks at TBWA London.

It makes sense for you to want to advertise here, and the ads are proven to work. So whether you have a new website, product, portfolio, art opening, party… or whatever, you definitely want to get the word out. This week we’re offering up three ad spaces on our website to purchase through ebay. Averaging over 50,000 unique visitors per week, it’s safe to say there aren’t many affordable opportunities like this.

I saw this ad on Notcot and lost some respect for creatives in the ad world. Things were going well too. Tiny Giraffes? Awesome. Watch this ad above (sound off, if you don’t want to be sold to) and tell me who is the first artist that comes to mind. Blu? Yup. They might have been able to get away with stealing too, if they hadn’t left the (fake) wash trails behind the animation.
We’ve bumped the auction close date up a day to Friday. After all, who really wants to be stuck inside on a Saturday? Also, we’ve opened up the dates for when you can advertise and now you can pick the 7 days in a row from a calendar provided after winning. This is so that you can align the advertisement with your upcoming website launch, album or movie release, online sale, or whatever it is that you want to get the word out about.
After last week’s success, we’re at it again and will be auctioning off our second 300 x 250 ad spot. We’ve been excited about the response so far, and are now even more excited about the projects we have coming up because of the generosity of some brands. Big thanks to Voyurl, who won last week’s auction. Check the site out, it’s intense!
