   Er, they’re talking about a 4 degrees rise, not the absolute temperature. This is a 7.2 degree increase in Fahrenheit.

   If someone says, “Mt Fuji gets half a meter taller each year” you wouldn’t imply that Mr. is 1.6 feet tall…
