A View From The Top: The Transamerica Pyramid
Anyone who has ever been to San Francisco has seen the Transamerica Pyramid. You can’t miss it. Unfortunately for the public, gaining access to the building the and the remarkable views it affords is near impossible. Recently though, Colin M. Day was able to get inside the building and make it all the way up to the top of the spire, which is a full 17 flights of stairs (approx 100′) above the 48th floor conference room where the trip up begins. Here are some photos from his experience which he likens to being “in a greenhouse high above the city.”
