“My favorite place to eat right now is Bistro SK in City Island in the Bronx,” Claw says. “Their French fare is on point. Last time I ate there I had the escargot and coq au vin, followed by creme brulee. My husband had the stuffed pork chop and loved it—and he usually loves to drown his animal protein in ketchup but passed on his favorite condiment. Now yes, this seems like the regular bistro fare, and it is—just done totally well. The atmosphere is mellow and you can sit all night with friends, without hovering waitstaff. Next time I go, I will have to try their mussels, which the table next to us was devouring and we were jealous.”
