   SALLY are you sure is not the double Bialetti with a Black DAMA (limited edition) bottom? remember this guy works in fashion so i wouldn’t hesitate to think he “remixed” and got himself a “nicer” and more unique Espresso MAker… or have you found something exactly like that straight out of the box?

   You fill the bottom chamber with waster until it’s right below the little bolt thingy on the side. Then you fill the filter basket all the way with espresso grounds. Do not press or compact it.
   It’s the same for all espresso percolators.

   @Rita…if you go on you tube and put in the search box…how to make a perfect cup of Espresso or even coffee there are great tips and videos on there!! I was so mad when I went on there realizing that I’m paying top dollar for my coffee @ Starbucks and they do none of this! …who knew you were suppose to pre-rinse the filter? …good luck Rita!
