Located in Eagle Rock, CA, The Oinkster is a restaurant that you need to eat at. What you see above is The Royale, a 1/3lb Nebraska Angus patty cheeseburger with bacon, chili, pastrami, dill pickles, onions, tomato, lettuce and 1000 Island dressing. I had mine with gruyere cheese, and amazingly felt great afterwards!  No food coma, only a smile and a desire to try everything on the menu.
