flash is still out there…
Adobe wants to remind you that a lot of crappy slate touchscreens are out there that will run flash. We use Flash on TWBE (now) but, its one major flaw is hard to ignore, flash is a hog. When we have flash videos and slideshows on our site, it makes everything else run slow. We are doing our best to improve your experience here, so hopefully in the future we’ll be without flash!

Give the html5 beta on Youtube a try. It’s soooooooo much better than Flash.

I will say that your Flash slideshows don’t show up in Reader. I’ve gotta go to your site to see them… Bummer.

yes steve job is right next year we will all have ipad’s, macbook’s, and the whole internet will be under html 5, it will run interactive 3d, video, even games! yes you are right apple’s world is so bright ! and the bad flash will be gone for ever it will hide in africa maybe…

Ok maybe a little too rude, just to say this whole story about flash is simply a financial fight between apple an adobe, you can maybe do 10% with html 5 of what you can do with flash, and why steve thinks now that flash is worse than aids is just that they put the light on the fact that apple’s systems are madly closed for devellopers. But it’s true that flash run’s much slower on my last generation imac than on my 6 years old pc anybody see’s a problem here?
