    If you’re that messed up that you’re chasing a laser like its a creature to be caught, then yes you should be made fun of or arrested. You’re not supposed to go “Aawww… poor crack head” there is no excuse for being beligerent and disruptive.

    Yes, def funny. BUT I’m pretty sure it’s not real either. I mean, who has a camera set up and an extra buddy for back and forth commentary just hanging out like that and ready to go on the off chance that a crackhead might chase a laser. Umm.. nobody. Crackhead is totally their buddy! Probably.
