The full story on this is fuzzy (my German being nil), but what I gather is this.  Brad Downey was invited by Department Store KaDeWe to do some sort of window installation for Lacoste’s 70th anniversary.  He took ‘window installation’ literally and ran a great extinguisher line down the front of the department store.  Genius!
