Wallpaper’s July issue, had a little article about items that are “off the menu”, if your in the know(no) you know. For example, The Waffle in LA has a “sandwhich”, which is comprised of Apple smoked bacon waffles, rapped around more bacon, with a fried chicken breast lettuce, tomatto, sliced red oniions, and melted Tilamook Sharp Chedder cheese, served with a side of white gravy and maple syrup. My heart just stopped, but Damn am I hungry. This makes me want to head out to LA on the red eye.
