The Cold Chillin’ penguin was first introduced on an HPM Record Sleeve at Shepard Fairey‘s 2007 E Pluribus Venom Show.  A little less than a year later and just in time for Summer, the penguin returns in two editioned colors.  Stay air conditioned.
