Over 2 million homeowners are behind on their mortgages. Another 2 million borrowers have tarnished, or dangerous, credit and will see their payments rise before the end of next year....Yet the construction continues in NYC especially Williamsburg. Please don't be offended that we use campus as a reference to Bedford ave. Its just the fact that one of our good friends lost the store lease just the other day because a bigger company bought up there lease without them knowing, and if you haven't noticed all of the buildings going up, and the NYU facilities, maybe campus seems strange to you. Or maybe it is your campus. Don't get us wrong we love campus that is why we live here, but if you take a second and look at what some of the new finished developments are going to look like then you might feel a little different. Unless your parents bought you you apartment already.
